Before applying for the university, I attended an open day. The university was very welcoming and very easy to find my way around to where I needed to go. Staff were very helpful, as were the lecturers that I had spoken to regarding the courses I was interested in. The atmosphere around campus is comfortable and relaxed.

The support throughout my course has been amazing. As a mature student, I have not been in education for many years, and foremost at an academic level. There is extensive help with assignments to perform at the level required for your degree.

If I were to sum up my experience at Wrexham Glyndwr University in one word, it would be; transforming. Not only have I excelled further than I ever imagined, but my future is also now on a whole new, incredibly exciting path.
